Judge William Q. (the CHP Defendants). Finding no opposition to the motion, the court ordered that the settlement agreement described in the motion was made and entered into in good faith within the meaning of California Code of Civil Procedure § 877.6, and that all cross-claims and future claims for equitable comparative contribution, or partial or comparative indemnity, against the CHP Defendants are barred. The court directed the CHP Defendants and the plaintiff to file a stipulation for dismissal within thirty days of the order or file a joint status report explaining why the stipulation has not been filed.
