Disposition notice

On November 5, 2026, U.S. District Judge Dale A. Drozd of the Eastern District of California adopted in full the April 7, 2026 findings and recommendations in Ronald G. Olliver’s pro se prisoner civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The court dismissed the action without prejudice for Olliver’s failure to comply with court orders and pay the required filing fee, and directed the Clerk to close the case. The order states that the magistrate judge recommended dismissal after Olliver failed to respond to a November 12, 2025 order, that no objections were filed within the allowed time, and that the court found the recommendations supported by the record and the magistrate judge’s analysis. A footnote adds that service at Olliver’s address of record was returned as undeliverable and that he appeared not to have kept the court apprised of his current address.
