Disposition notice

Filed October 19, 2026, and signed October 18, 2026, Judge Dale A. Drozd of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California adopted in full the magistrate judge's December 15, 2025 findings and recommendations and dismissed this action without prejudice for failure to prosecute under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b), directing the Clerk of the Court to close the case. The plaintiff, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed her complaint on October 16, 2025; on October 22, 2025 the magistrate judge screened it and found it devoid of factual allegations and failing to state a cognizable claim, directing an amended complaint within thirty days. The plaintiff filed no amended complaint, did not otherwise communicate with the court, and filed no objections to the findings and recommendations within the fourteen-day period. After a de novo review under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), the court concluded the findings and recommendations were supported by the record and proper analysis.
