Disposition notice

On November 4, 2026, Judge George H. Wu of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California accepted the Report and Recommendation in Frederick Luehring v. Metropolitan State Hospital et al., No. 2:21-cv-03879-GW (SK), and granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment. After de novo review of the portions to which Luehring timely and properly objected, the court found that none of his objections had merit or changed the R&R's material findings and conclusions. The court adopted the reasons set forth in the R&R, stated that judgment would be entered for the defendants, and denied any outstanding requests, including ECF 168, as moot.
