Disposition notice

The Court of Appeal ordered that its nonpublished opinion filed September 29, 2026, be modified so that the sentence on page 12 commencing with “Most recently” and ending with “leading to her arrest” reads: “Most recently, Goldsmith diagnosed Rose with schizoaffective disorder despite stating he was unable to establish Rose suffered delusions or hallucinations for two or more weeks in the absence of a major episode, a necessary component of a schizoaffective disorder diagnosis.” The court stated there is no change in the judgment and denied appellant’s petition for rehearing.
