Disposition notice

The Third District Court of Appeal affirmed the judgment in this Welfare and Institutions Code section 602 proceeding. The minor, J.P., appealed the judgment and the jurisdictional findings from his fourth petition, which alleged he resisted, delayed, and obstructed officers, and the resulting disposition committed him to juvenile hall for 360 days. Appointed counsel filed a brief under People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, asking the court to review the record for arguable issues, and the minor filed no supplemental brief after being advised of his right to do so. After examining the entire record, the court found no arguable error that would result in a disposition more favorable to the minor and affirmed the judgment.
