Disposition notice

The Court of Appeal ordered that its opinion filed October 12, 2026 be modified by replacing the phrase “(3) perpetrated the murders ‘by means of discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle intentionally at another person outside the vehicle’ and appellant ‘specifically intended to inflict death’ ” with “(3) committed murder which was perpetrated by means of discharging a firearm from a moving vehicle intentionally at another person outside of the vehicle when the perpetrator specifically intended to inflict death.” The court stated, “There is no change in the judgment,” and “Appellant’s petition for rehearing is denied.” The underlying reasoning remains in the unmodified opinion filed October 12, 2026.
