Disposition notice

On November 4, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California granted in part a joint motion by plaintiff MeetingTV, Inc. and defendants Koi Security Ltd., Amit Assaraf, Idan Dardikman, Tuval Admoni, and Gal Hachamov (the "Israeli Defendants") to extend the deadline for the Israeli Defendants to answer or otherwise respond to MeetingTV's first amended complaint. The court found the motion did not comply with its Civil Case Procedures because it was filed on November 3, 2026—the day of the first deadline it sought to continue—rather than at least seven days prior, and it failed to address excusable neglect or identify the responsive deadlines for three of the five Israeli Defendants. Nevertheless, finding good cause, the court ordered that the Israeli Defendants must submit a responsive filing within 30 days of the court's resolution of the pending motion to dismiss filed by Koi Security, Inc. and Palo Alto Networks, Inc. The court stated it would set a separate schedule if it grants MeetingTV leave to file a second amended complaint, and admonished counsel to review the court's Civil Case Procedures, warning that future motions may be denied for non-compliance.
