Disposition notice

On November 5, 2026, Judge Dale A. Drozd of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California adopted in full the April 6, 2026 findings and recommendations (Doc. No. 12) and dismissed this pro se prisoner civil rights action brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The court found the action duplicative of plaintiff Mike Morgan's claims against defendant J. Hall in Morgan v. Espinoza, et al., No. 2:23-cv-1955-DAD-DMC-P (E.D. Cal.), where those claims had previously been dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiff filed no objections to the findings and recommendations within the fourteen-day period. After de novo review of the magistrate judge's conclusions of law, the court found the recommendations supported by the record and proper analysis, and directed the Clerk to close the case.
